We would like to introduce a case study of Asahi Consultant Co., Ltd. utilizing Autodesk's BIM/CIM package software, "Architecture, Engineering & Construction Collection (AEC Collection)." <Overview> Since 2020, Asahi Consultant has begun to fully utilize BIM/CIM, primarily with young employees. When using 2D CAD, the accuracy was poor, and it took about 30 days, including reviews from supervisors, but with Civil 3D, this was significantly reduced to around 14 days. Structural design is said to require expert skills, but how have young employees managed to handle difficult design tasks? We would like to introduce a case study of how Central Nippon Expressway Company Limited utilized Autodesk's BIM/CIM package software, "Architecture, Engineering & Construction Collection (AEC Collection)." <Overview> NEXCO Central Japan began implementing CIM in 2017, applying it to projects such as congestion countermeasures for the Kobito Tunnel on the Chuo Expressway and earthworks for the New Tomei Expressway.
